One of the things this blog will help me do is track my daily food intake. Today was a bad day - foodwise! I think I blew my 1800 calories out of the water. Maybe I'll be able to point out where this goes wrong if I monitor it regularly.

None! Yet ! But the day isnt over, so who knows?
Stay Positive
Besides tracking my food and exercise and suffering over how poorly Im doing, one of the biggest things is a positive attitude I want to build. There is scientific evidence that if you think of positive things that happened during the day everyday for 21 days, you can trick your brain into looking at everything positively. I need this mental exercise since I tend to focus on the negative a lot! So lets start this experiment!
- I read someone's feedback at work about me provided for my annual review. The rave review! I felt good about myself and my commitment.
- My colleague told me some details of how our male boss takes a piss in the men's room. The details led to a visual! and I was cracking up!
- Booked a trip to Sedona for my birthday!
