The hormones have now subsided and Im back to being human again. Last week was a whirlwind of emotions and depressing thoughts and a complete beat-up attitude. Thanks to the hormones doing their nasty thing. The monster phase is over, and I feel like I can be good again.
Today started well and Im hoping to keep the trend going all week - we'll find out right here ! wont we?
Its only mid-morning yet, Ive done 20 mins of Pilates and had my fiber/protein rich breakfast and coffee! Have packed my lunch today - made 2 mediteranean sandwiches (small) last night. Will provide an update with the recipe later today and see if I can grab a picture. I dont think its a very low fat lunch but the portion limits the calories here.
